Official Rules

SPONSOR

The Dashboard Confessional Incentive Promotion described herein (“Promotion”) is sponsored by ThoughtSpot, Inc., with its headquarters at 444 Castro Street, Suite 1000, Mountain View, California 94041, USA (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion is subject to these Promotion Official Rules (“Official Rules”).

PROMOTION ANNOUNCEMENT

Promotion Reward: The first five hundred (500) Participants to submit valid feedback reflecting a real experience, observation, or challenge related to analytics, dashboards, or business intelligence (“Submission”), and a Participant’s valid email address, are eligible to claim a reward of a $25 gift card to a retail shop, such as from Starbucks Coffee Company, Peet’s Coffee Inc., or equivalent (“Reward”) and will be provided access to ThoughtSpot assets, such as eBooks, one-pagers, infographics, and the like. Participants who submit a Submission and email address after the first 500 will be provided access to ThoughtSpot assets.

Promotion Term: The Promotion will open and Submissions can be submitted between Thursday, November 19, 2025 at 8:00a.m. PST, and will end January 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST (the “Promotion Term”).

Making a Submission: Participants can enter a Submission by using the portal online link at Promotion Landing Page. All contact information provided must be valid, truthful and current. Submissions must be received before the close of the Promotion Term.

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to ThoughtSpot customers, prospective ThoughtSpot customers, and members of the public who are at least 18 years of age or older during the Promotion Term and who are legal residents of North America (United States, Canada, Mexico), EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), or ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) regions. Eligible Participants include the employees, officers, and directors of current customers or prospective customers of Sponsor (including customers using, or prospects discussing, ThoughtSpot Cloud). The following participants are not eligible: employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives of: (1) Sponsor or other promotion and advertising agencies of any aforementioned entity, the prize provider(s), and their immediate family members and those living in their household, and each person or entity connected with the production or administration of the Promotion and each parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent and representative of any aforementioned entity (collectively “Promotion Entities”); and (2) partners, Channel Sales Program participants, managed service provider customers, data licensors. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited. Each Participant is eligible to receive a maximum of one (1) Reward, regardless of the number of submissions.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The Submissions will be screened to ensure the entries have met the criteria described herein and Sponsor’s general standards prior to any Selection.

• Originality:Submissions must be original and authored by the Participant. AI-generated, plagiarized, or previously published content will not be accepted.
• Subject Matter:Submissions must pertain to Participant’s actual experience, observation, or challenge related to analytics, dashboards, or business intelligence. Submissions should be up to approximately 300 words in length, but not less than 50 words, in order to fully convey a Participant's experience, observation, or challenges. Submissions and related stories may be humorous, insightful, or reflective, but must be based on real-world situations.
• Appropriateness:Submissions must not include confidential, proprietary, personal identifying, or sensitive information. Entries may not contain offensive, profane, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Submission Method: Submissions must only be submitted via the Promotion Landing Page.
• Fraud Prevention:ThoughtSpot reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any Submission and disqualify submissions that appear fraudulent, AI-generated, plagiarized, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion. Duplicate submissions may be reviewed and removed at ThoughtSpot's discretion. All Submissions are subject to verification, including email confirmation, metadata checks, and manual review.

REWARDS

Participants who submit a valid Submission without providing an email address are not eligible for a Reward. Submissions provided without a valid email address will not count toward the first 500 Submissions eligible for Rewards. Participants eligible for Rewards will be notified by Sponsor on or about five (5) business days following the end of the Promotion Term or earlier. If ThoughtSpot requests evidence to verify the validity of a Submission, then the Reward will be delivered on or about five (5) business days following the provision of such evidence. Rewards will be delivered to the Participant by email in an electronic gift card format or by an email containing a redemption link.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, Participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. Any portion of the Promotion may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in our opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or its related media, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No Participant may enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the PromotionAll federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Promotion will be the sole responsibility of Participants. Participants may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of any incentive reward. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the Promotion. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, void, misdirected, unreadable or unintelligible Submissions; such Submissions are void and will be disqualified. Only complete valid Submissions will be accepted. Persons discovered entering under several names will be disqualified. In participating in any part of the Promotion, Participant may not violate any law or any of their company policy, procedure or practice, nor encourage others to violate any law or that individual’s company policy, procedure, or practice. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the Participant will be deemed to be the person whose name and relevant information was clearly associated with the accounts under which the Submission was given, at the time of Submission. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of reward permitted. The Participant cannot assign or transfer their reward to another person or business. Each Participant is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes applicable to the reward. All activities related to the reward are at the Selected Participant’s own risk and subject to whatever restrictions are imposed by the entities that govern such activities. If prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the Participant may not accept or receive a reward for any reason, the reward will be forfeited and may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason without giving a prize. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Starbucks, Peet’s Coffee, any other reward source, or any subsidiary, employee, or other entity or individual associated with the foregoing entities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By submitting feedback through the Dashboard Confessional program, you grant ThoughtSpot a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your submission in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed.
You represent and warrant that: (i) your submission is original and does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights; (ii) you have the full right and authority to grant the rights described herein; and (iii) your submission does not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to any third party.
ThoughtSpot may use your submission for any business purpose, including but not limited to product development, marketing materials, case studies, social media posts, blog articles, presentations, and research. ThoughtSpot has no obligation to use, feature, or attribute any submission. ThoughtSpot will use submissions anonymously unless you provide ThoughtSpot with prior written permission to identify you in connection with your submission. You acknowledge that complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed if your submission contains identifying information or unique details that could reasonably identify you or your organization

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

If for any reason a Submission is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Participant's sole remedy is another entry in the same Promotion during the Promotion Period. Participants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Releasees”) from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys' fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (a) use, redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, or misuse of any prize, (b) participation in any activity, event, or excursion offered in connection with the reward, (c) use of any facility, service and/or accommodation related to the reward, or (d) participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in these Promotions. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible Submissions, communications or declarations, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of a Submission or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Promotion; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with these Promotions. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Releasees are not responsible for errors in X or LinkedIn websites, computer malfunctions, network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in your internet service, and for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, deleted, or stolen notifications. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winners from all eligible, non-suspect Submissions received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

PRIVACY

All personal information collected by Sponsor for this Promotion will be used for administration of the Promotion. In addition, Participants may receive email or mail correspondence from, or on behalf of Sponsor. Sponsor uses commercially reasonable efforts to comply with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines, and Participants may subsequently opt-out of receiving further emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please refer to Sponsor’s privacy statement located at Privacy policy for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Sponsor.

DISPUTES

Disputes regarding these Official Rules and/or this Promotion will be governed by the internal laws of the State of California. Decisions of Sponsor are binding and final. No claimant in any dispute involving Sponsor shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

PROMOTION RESULTS

For Promotion results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope (stating the specific Promotion you are requesting the winners for) to ThoughtSpot, Inc.: ATTN: Legal Department, 444 Castro Street, Suite 1000, Mountain View, California 94041, USA. Requests must be received within 90 days of the end of the Promotion Term.
