Agentic Workflows
Describe the outcome and AgentSpot builds the steps, logic, and handoffs, orchestrating multi-step actions across every system your business runs on.

Now anyone can build, share, and collaborate with agents connected to your company's data, context, and tools.
Hi, I am AgentSpot
Tell me about the workflow you have in mind. The job it should own, the systems it should work across, and what outcome you're looking for so we can shape the right setup.

Agents pick up where your dashboard stops. They reason over your data in context, weigh the trade-offs, and decide what to do next.
Turn your connected data into a live visual experience your team can see, share, and act on. Describe any look you imagine and AgentSpot designs it.
Multiplayer Conversations
Invite teammates into a conversation with any agent. Everyone can ask, build on each other’s questions, and reach the outcome together, all in the same thread.
Ambient Agents in Slack
In Slack, questions usually wait for whoever happens to see them. Ambient agents follow the channel and answer the ones they can help with, so your team keeps moving without stopping to ask an agent first.
Agents work inside the tools your team already uses. Nothing to rip out, nothing to migrate.

Multi-step agentic workflows and automations that run 24/7.
AgentSpot is a Multiplayer AI that gives teams the shared context, integrations, and governance they need to build and run reliable agentic workflows across the business. Unlike single-player AI assistants, AgentSpot lets anyone build AI agents from a plain-language description and share them across the organization in one click. Grounded in your business logic, agents can act safely around the clock and improve as they learn. Every agent runs in a governed environment with access controls, security, and full audit trails.
AgentSpot supports a broad range of agentic workflows across functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and more. Agents and workflows can monitor specific data conditions, take action across connected systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace, and deliver structured outcomes to the right stakeholders on a continuous or scheduled basis. If a task is repetitive, data-driven, and requires manual coordination, it can be a strong candidate for AgentSpot.
AgentSpot inherits ThoughtSpot's enterprise security
architecture end to end, including SOC 2 Type II
certification, role-based access control (RBAC),
row-level security, and end-to-end encryption for data
in transit and at rest. Data processed by AgentSpot
agents is governed by the same access policies in place
within the customer's ThoughtSpot environment, so an
agent can only access data that the user who built it is
authorized to access.
Customer data is not used to train or fine-tune any
underlying model, and each deployment operates in a
logically isolated environment.
AgentSpot usage is measured in Data to Outcome (DO) credits. One DO credit is consumed when a user starts a new conversation with an agent, a workflow runs on a user's behalf, or an agentic application is loaded. DO credits are measured on a weekly basis. If a conversation, workflow, or application remains active beyond a continuous 24-hour period, one additional DO credit is consumed for each subsequent 24-hour period, or portion of a 24-hour period, that it remains active.
For example:
• Starting a new agent conversation uses one DO credit.
• Each workflow execution uses one DO credit.
• Loading an agentic application uses one DO credit.
Customers can track their DO credit consumption in real time through AgentSpot.
Yes. Agents built in AgentSpot can be shared across your organization, allowing teams to use workflows created by colleagues without having to rebuild them. Shared agents retain the governance controls of the originating workspace, while recipients can use the agent within the bounds of their own data access permissions.
