(“ThoughtSpot Australia,” and together with ThoughtSpot, Inc. and ThoughtSpot UK, “ThoughtSpot” or “we” or “us”) in compliance with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (United Kingdom) and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (Australia).
ThoughtSpot is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and to complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We are also committed to ensuring transparency in how we conduct our business to prevent modern slavery and forced labor in our supply chain. ThoughtSpot’s policies express a commitment by all employees, suppliers, contractors, vendors, and other personnel working with or for ThoughtSpot to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations. All ThoughtSpot employees and those who work with or supply ThoughtSpot are expected to uphold the human rights of anyone with whom they do business or interact. ThoughtSpot is the Agentic Analytics Platform that empowers every enterprise to transform insights into action. Our mission is to create a more fact-driven world by delivering a platform where anyone can effortlessly explore any data, ask any question, and uncover actionable insights faster—leading to growth, better business outcomes, and efficiency in their organizations.
Our operations span across different geographies, with a direct workforce composed largely of professionals in technology and customer success roles. ThoughtSpot does not manufacture products, and its suppliers are primarily service providers, including data processing, hosting and related services, advertising, and conventions/trade shows. Our supply chains also include the provision of office services and supplies, such as cleaning, furniture and fixtures, and IT equipment. Our suppliers are located all over the globe. We have comprehensive sourcing and procurement policies and processes in place, and we engage in long-term, strategic relationships with many of our suppliers.
ThoughtSpot, Inc. is a Delaware corporation. ThoughtSpot UK is a UK limited company and ThoughtSpot Australia is an Australian proprietary limited company, and each is ultimately wholly owned by ThoughtSpot, Inc. ThoughtSpot Inc., does not have any other subsidiaries or group companies based in either Australia or the UK.
While ThoughtSpot does not “manufacture” in the traditional sense with the use of factories or labor houses, ThoughtSpot evaluates its supply chain to identify any partners and suppliers that pose risks for illegal or unethical behavior such as engaging in human trafficking, slavery or other human rights violations. Based on the nature of our business, workforce, and solution, the risk of modern slavery in our operations is low. Furthermore, ThoughtSpot does not have intricate supply chains, multiple contractor or subcontractor levels, or vendor relationships with large manufacturing businesses where modern slavery has been found to be an issue.
Suppler Code of Conduct
Our Supplier Code of Conduct serves as a guide to ethical supplier behavior and prohibits all forms of forced labor or child labor, human trafficking, unsafe working conditions, and other abuses. The Supplier Code of Conduct applies to all third-party suppliers of products or services that are paid directly by ThoughtSpot, including consulting firms, independent contractors, staffing agencies, temporary workers, and licensors—regardless of title, location, or function.
ThoughtSpot also expects suppliers to embrace ThoughtSpot’s commitment to integrity and ethical. Our supplier due diligence efforts provide the key mechanics used to prevent and mitigate risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.
ThoughtSpot employees and contractors are trained at regular intervals on the principles embodied within ThoughtSpot’s employee handbook (“Handbook”). Employees and contractors are also required to certify their understanding and acceptance of the Handbook. Importantly, ThoughtSpot employees are held accountable for their actions and are subject to disciplinary action for failing to adhere to company standards.
Additionally, ThoughtSpot’s whistleblowing policy, which is contained in our Handbook, includes procedures pursuant to which anyone at ThoughtSpot who has concerns about modern slavery and human trafficking in, or relating to, ThoughtSpot should report such concerns. The aim of this procedure is to ensure that anyone at ThoughtSpot is confident they can raise their reasonably held concerns without fear of reprisal or detrimental treatment because they have reported their concerns. This reporting procedure assists ThoughtSpot in monitoring and reviewing the risk areas identified and ensures that ThoughtSpot continues to develop appropriate risk management systems to counter any form of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor or human trafficking in the supply chain.
ThoughtSpot supports employees through a range of initiatives, including:
We recognize that combating modern slavery is an ongoing effort, and are committed to continuously monitoring and evaluating whether our efforts to do so are effective, and we believe our efforts to date have been effective in minimizing the risk of slavery and human trafficking infecting our organization and our supply chain.
