Over the last year, we made that commitment even more tangible with the launch of The Icon Awards, a program designed to recognize Spotters who consistently live our values.

Each Icon Award reflects one of our core values: Trust, Customer Obsession, Innovation, and Intensity. The Spotters we’re celebrating do more than deliver–they raise the bar, they bring others with them, and they make our values feel real.

Winning this award is a proud moment because I believe our success is a direct reflection of the value we unlock for our partners. To me, Customer Obsession is about building a foundation of trust so our customers feel heard, supported, and empowered to innovate. I’m grateful for the recognition and excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve together with our Customers.

Innovation Icon Award Winner: Carley Pierce, Manager, Content Marketing

When I first started at ThoughtSpot 3.5 years ago, I remember learning about these awards, looking up to the winners, and thinking, "Someday, I hope I can be one of them."

Today, I feel incredibly honoured to join that legacy. But it's not just the award; the work is also rewarding. When people ask me which B2B marketing teams are delivering differentiated, innovative content, I proudly point to this team and what we're building. That's the greatest gift of all.

Intensity Icon Award Winner: Anshul Mehta, Product Manager II

Deeply grateful to be recognized with the Intensity Award! I always approach work with great passion and try to move with high velocity, and getting recognized for these values is truly special. Also grateful to my team, as this award also represents the team’s commitment to speed, synergy, and pushing limits. This is a huge motivation to keep charging forward with more intensity.
