ThoughtSpot Customer Advisory Board

Code of Conduct

The goal of the ThoughtSpot Customer Advisory Board (“CAB”) is to build a network of forward-thinking customers who gather together to help influence the future direction of ThoughtSpot, Inc. (“ThoughtSpot”).

We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all to attend and participate, regardless of sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, body size, race, nationality, or religious beliefs. We do not tolerate harassment of or by CAB members and participants in any manner.

This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations of participants’ behavior and consequences for any unacceptable behavior. Participants violating this Code of Conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from the Customer Advisory Board at the sole discretion of the ThoughtSpot team.

You must not click the button to submit your acceptance, or attend or participate in the event in any capacity if you do not wish to comply with this Code of Conduct.

All participants of ThoughtSpot Customer Advisory Board must abide by the following:

Confidentiality

In connection with the CAB, ThoughtSpot has allowed you access to business, technical or other information, materials and/or ideas (“Proprietary Information,” which term shall include, without limitation, (a) the manner in which any such information may be combined with other information, or synthesized or used by ThoughtSpot and (b) anything you learn or discover as a result of exposure to or analysis of any Proprietary Information).

You will hold in confidence and will not possess or use or disclose any Proprietary Information. You agree to take reasonable precautions to protect the Proprietary Information. The foregoing does not grant you a license in or to any of the Proprietary Information. You will promptly notify Company of any unauthorized release, disclosure or use of Proprietary Information. Expected Behavior

The ThoughtSpot CAB was launched to bring together customers and the ThoughSpot executive team to discuss how CAB participants use our products and services within their organizations and address any challenges they are currently facing. The CAB acts as an interactive forum for the exchange and free flow of ideas to help shape ThoughtSpot’s future direction, as well as give our customers a space to hear from one another.

We welcome all participants to help us ensure that the ThoughtSpot CAB is a safe and positive experience for all.

Please see below for a brief, but not exhaustive, list of expected behavior during CAB events - both online and offline:

  • Treat everyone with respect, empathy, and kindness;
  • Come eager to learn, share feedback and challenges, and engage with others;
  • Contribute to discussions, or other CAB functions in a positive and productive manner;
  • Communicate with other CAB participants by using welcoming and inclusive language; and
  • Use this interactive forum to share successes, challenges, questions, and goals to help drive a productive discussion.

Unacceptable Behavior

To preserve an environment that encourages both welcoming and fruitful interactions, please review the following unacceptable behaviors that include, but are not limited to:

  • Harassment and discrimination, including any verbal, physical, or visual conduct based on sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, race, age, national origin, or disability. Any use of nudity and/or sexual images; deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing, photography or recording; sustained disruption of sessions, talks, or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and any unwelcome sexual attention.
