Kim is the Senior Director of People at ThoughtSpot leading the People Success team. Her team is responsible for spearheading end-to-end HR operations of the employee lifecycle, and providing leadership consultation regarding human capital strategy, talent development and retention, and employee engagement. Prior to joining ThoughtSpot in 2021, Kim has led HR teams across various industries including financial services and real estate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and People Analytics certification from Cornell.
