Where and when is Beyond 2023?

Beyond 2023 will be held in person May 8-11th at The Wynn in Las Vegas, NV. The virtual experience will be held May 9th.

How much are Beyond tickets?

Beyond in-person tickets are available at the standard rate of $1,295. We have discounted pricing of $995 for those that book before April 1st and reduced bundle pricing for groups. Registration for the virtual experience is free!

Do you have a discounted hotel rate at The Wynn?

Yes! All Beyond attendees will have access to a discounted nightly rate of $259 + tax and resort fees at The Wynn Las Vegas. You will be prompted to book your room when registering for Beyond.

Will meals be available during the conference?

Yes, we will provide breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages during the conference hours. We will be collecting dietary and allergy information at registration to accommodate options for everyone.

Which airport is closest to The Wynn Las Vegas?

Harry Reid International Airport is located just over five miles from The Wynn. Rideshares, taxis, public transportation or rental cars are all available from the airport.

Health & Safety

Do you require all those attending Beyond 2023 to be vaccinated against COVID-19?

In line with current government and venue regulations, there will not be a vaccination requirement in place for Beyond attendees.

What happens if I have a known exposure risk before coming to Beyond 2023?

Anyone who has a known COVID-19 exposure risk, is experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms should stay home and get well. Tickets are transferable to another associate in your organization at any time. To transfer your ticket to someone else at your company, please contact [email protected] and provide their full name, job title, email address, and work phone number.

Are masks required at Beyond?

In accordance with Nevada State Governor’s Emergency Directive, face coverings are not currently required to be worn, regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be available to attendees upon request.

Will there be testing facilities onsite?

There will not be testing facilities onsite. Testing will be available at local labs in Clark county. Information regarding covid-19 testing centers in Clark County can be found here.

What happens if I feel unwell?

If you aren’t feeling well, please monitor for COVID-19 symptoms. Depending on your symptoms and how unwell you feel, please go to the nearest testing facility, urgent care, or hospital. Please follow the CDC guidelines on when you should seek medical attention, if you are showing COVID-19 symptoms.

Should you end up testing positive:

  • Follow the CDC guidelines on what to do if you get sick.
  • You will not be able to return to the event.
  • Please follow the guidance of the testing facility, urgent care, or hospital that you visited in order to best protect yourself, as well as the community. The facility at which you test positive will notify the Department of Health if deemed necessary by local guidelines for contact tracing purposes.
