Tom leads Customer Success at ThoughtSpot where he is focused on helping customers achieve the analytics goals they never thought were possible with traditional BI solutions. Prior to ThoughtSpot, Tom led Customer Success and Digital Strategy at Apigee, where he helped large global enterprises transform both organizationally and technically in order to deliver innovative digital products and experiences to their customers. Prior to Apigee, Tom has held various sales, marketing, and customer success roles including 6 years at Business Objects, where he built their global BI strategy and implementation business to over $250 million in revenue prior to being acquired by SAP. Tom has an MBA, MIM, and BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
