Customer Success Launch Lead
Bill Back is the Launch Lead and Customer Success Architect for ThoughtSpot Customer Success. In this role, he assists customers with implementing ThoughtSpot across a wide variety of data scales and complexity. He is currently focused on customer implementation and optimizing the process for getting new customers into production. Prior to ThoughtSpot, Bill was the Director of OEM Services at Pentaho and was lead author of a book on open source business analytics. He has also worked as a software developer and enterprise architect for a variety of industries including the US Department of Defense. Bill has an MS in Computer Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland.
